1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (mindify.cc) or purchasing products from Dongguan Maidefan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (brand: Mindify), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Products & Orders

All product specifications, images, and descriptions on our website are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product specifications or discontinue products without prior notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of quotation (typically USD or CNY). Prices are subject to change without notice. For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment terms are as agreed upon in the commercial invoice or proforma invoice. Standard payment methods include bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other methods as agreed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier
• We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers as selected
• For bulk orders, shipping terms follow Incoterms as specified in the commercial contract
• Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping address and import documentation

5. Warranty

All Mindify products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, covering:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• LED bead failure (non-human-caused)
• Motor malfunction under normal operating conditions
• Software/firmware issues resolved through updates

The warranty does NOT cover: damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, physical impact, water damage (unless IP-rated), normal wear and tear, or failure to follow installation guidelines. We cover shipping costs for warranty repairs.

6. Returns & Refunds

7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition with all accessories and packaging intact. Full refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

30-Day Trial: For qualifying orders, we offer a 30-day trial period. If the product does not meet your expectations during this period, you may request a return for a full refund (subject to the product being in good working condition).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mindify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Dongguan Maidefan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. The Mindify name and logo are registered trademarks.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. For international orders, the parties may agree to arbitration under mutually agreed terms.
