Multi-Fan Holographic Wall Guide

Planning guide for multi-fan arrays, synchronized content, spacing, viewing distance, and large-format installations.

I. Multi-turbine fan array configuration (array layout)

1.Common array types Horizontal array (lateral tiling), suitable for: long strip advertisements, storefront signs, corridors, and background walls.  Arrangement: N units arranged horizontally in a single row.

2.Vertical array (longitudinal tiling), suitable for: columns, human-shaped displays, narrow-format high-resolution images.

3.Matrix array (M×N grid), suitable for: holographic walls, large-screen displays, and stage backdrops.  Examples: 2×2, 3×2, 3×3, 4×2, etc.

II. Equipment Splicing Spacing

1. Center spacing (reference value)

F45:320 mm; F/U52:370 mm; F/U56:400 mm; F/U60:430 mm; F65:455 mm; F70:495 mm; H75:515 mm; F80:555 mm; F85:610 mm; F100:705 mm; U65:464 mm (Maintain consistent spacing and reference values for near-seamless stitching)

2. Minimum safe distance The distance between each edge of the fan and the outer frame should be no less than 5 cm to prevent vibration, collision, and abnormal image overlap.

3. Installation plane requirements All components must be aligned on the same plane (with a front-to-back tolerance of ≤ 5 mm). The wall/brace must be flat, rigid, and vibration-free.

III. Content Synchronization Method

1. Synchronization method Master-slave synchronization: One unit serves as the master host, with the others acting as slaves. The master host sends synchronization signals, enabling all fans to start/stop and play in sync across the entire frame. WiFi/LAN synchronization ensures all units connect to the same network, with unified playback commands sent through the app/software (ideal for multi-unit matrix systems, offering the most stable, latency-free performance—highly recommended for commercial video walls).

2. Content Production Requirements All devices maintain consistent resolution and frame rate, with video aspect ratios matching the stitching ratios. MP4 playback ensures the most stable performance, delivering optimal video quality on a black background.  IV. Reference Viewing Distance 0.6*Diagonal length of holographic fan wall ~ 1.2*Diagonal length of holographic fan wall

V. Installation Guide for Large-Sized Holographic Walls

1. Preliminary planning steps: Determine wall dimensions, select fan diameter, calculate array quantity (number of units per width × number of units per height), identify power supply locations, define structural requirements and load-bearing capacity; specialized splicing brackets/aluminum profile frames must be used; direct use of wooden frames is prohibited on fragile walls; each unit weighs approximately 2–5 kg; total load capacity must be calculated for multiple units.

2. Power Supply Requirements Use the original power supply with identical specifications. It is recommended to connect them to the same circuit power supply and power on uniformly to avoid image misalignment caused by asynchronous voltage.

3. Installation accuracy requirements Horizontal error: ≤ 1 mm/m; Vertical error: ≤ 1 mm/m; All fans must rotate in the same direction, at the same height, and under the same angle.

4. Debugging Steps First, test the individual unit; connect the synchronization cable; uniformly play back the test footage; inspect: no misalignment, no delay, no flickering; tighten all screws and organize the cables.
