Store in a dry, dust-free environment. Keep away from water sources, cooking fumes, high temperatures, corrosive gases, and strong magnetic fields. Operating temperature: -15°C to <50°C; humidity: 20%–80% RH (no condensation). If the equipment is used in humid, dusty, corrosive gas-filled, or outdoor environments, install a protective cover.
II. Power-on and Power-off Procedures
Before startup, ensure the blades are free from obstructions, foreign objects, or deformation. Do not impact or move the equipment during operation. Do not remove or insert blades or memory cards while powered on.
III. Regular Inspection Schedule
Daily: Visual inspection before daily startup. Monthly maintenance: Cleaning, tightening, and testing. Annual maintenance: Thorough cleaning and cable aging inspection.
IV. Cleaning Method Blade
After power shutdown, clean dust using a dry soft brush or air blower; Oil stains: Gently wipe with a small amount of absolute alcohol and air-dry immediately; Shell: Wipe with a dry cloth to ensure no deformation; Power port and TF card slot: Clean with an air blower or dry brush; Maintain overall dryness, absence of oxidation, and no loosening.
V. Prohibited Actions
Direct spraying of water, wet wipes, or cleaning agents is prohibited; forceful pressing on the lamp beads is forbidden; washing, soaking, or direct high-pressure air gun spraying on the lamp board is prohibited; unauthorized removal of the machine head or forced bending of the fan blades is strictly forbidden.
VI. Inspection Checklist
The fan blades are free from bending, cracks, or foreign objects; the protective mesh cover is securely installed without deformation; the power cord is undamaged and the plug is not loose; there are no obstructions nearby, with a safety distance of ≥30 cm; the ground is level and the equipment remains stable; the surfaces of the fan blades and LEDs are clean and free of dust; the fan starts/stop smoothly without noise; the screen brightness is uniform, with no dark spots or flickering; the TF card maintains good contact and files are read normally; all screws (on the base and bracket) are tightened; the power cord shows no signs of aging or overheating; the cooling vents are clear and free of dust accumulation.
VII. Rapid Fault Resolution
Do not power on: Check power supply, plug, and switch; Screen not lit: Clean the LED surface and verify content format; Vibration or abnormal noise: Re-tighten, inspect blade deformation, and remove obstructions; Stalling or screen flickering: Re Insert/Remove TF card, format device, or replace files.

If you experience abnormal bearing noises, blade deformation, LED damage, or motherboard abnormalities: stop using → contact official after-sales service → do not disassemble the device yourself.
